BoB School, Brand DNA runs for two-days next on the 25th and 26th February 2019 in Australia.

Welcome to a journey that will educate and inspire you to find your true purpose, discover your hidden asset and take your business to the next level.

During the overall six-day program you will:

1. Define your hidden assets, building out a bigger value for your business
2. Build a plan from the top-down rather than the bottom-up, enabling investors to see the full picture for growth
3. Understand the activation process for your business to create traction in the plan to position it for scaled growth
4. Understand the numbers that you are building your business to, and where the funding points are required
5. Be given tried and tested tools to become famous within your sector

BoB School is a course taught in person by Sarah Skeats, Tim Dwyer and the BoB Team. We help you design your brand-led growth plan, building out the bigger value in your business and uncovering your hidden asset. The course is split into Brand DNA and Revenue System which covers Personal Brand, Product, Channel, Toolkit & Campaign. The school was designed to give entrepreneurs and business leaders the opportunity to turn that How To process into a reality and gives you all the tried and tested tools tobecome famous within your sector. It takes away the mystique of how to market your business more effectively and create conversations to get everyone talking about, liking, and buying your brand.

Output: The school teaches you how to conceive, build and implement a strategy maximising physical and non-physical assets. You will walk away with:
1. Personal DNA Blueprint
2. Roadmap for channels to market and content plan
3. Product Architecture and Content Plan for creating your revenue streams
4. Campaign architecture and storyboard to drive sales
