BOB HEROES
To continue to pursue life-altering research amid Covid-19, TNCR implemented virtual testing tools to assess impaired memory function and moved our memory clinics to a virtual platform. These steps respect the physical distancing measures required to curb transmission of Covid-19, while ensuring the most vulnerable members of our senior communities continue to have their reliably memory assessed and can carry on engaging in clinical research should they wish.
For our Psychological Services (TNPS) we recognised that physical distancing poses challenges for many, and that Covid-19 has placed an increased strain on first responders and health care professionals. TNPS implemented online counselling and assessments to continue to provide our clients and communities with access to mental health services. Recognising the value of positive mental health, we have also extended our services and offers to community groups to help extend the network of resources during this challenging time.
