Our business provides Trade Services in the built environment. We identified a lack of support and dysfunction as businesses enter a time of unprecedented change. The way businesses conducted themselves had to change overnight. Whilst many look for guidance on how to adapt, we looked at ways to ensure employees could reach their potential. What if there was a way to change old patterns and use this crisis to improve the way we engage our staff and operate as a community in the new reality? Leaning on our expertise in the built environment and extensive commercial network, we have pivoted to support not only the trade community but also the wider community. We put together a collaborative panel of subject matter experts and thought-leaders across risk, people and performance and integration to support businesses not only to survive but to thrive in the new normal.
