Linzi co-Founded the BoB Group with Darren Shirlaw, working alongside him and acting as an ambassador in the enterprise market, teaching entrepreneurs how to design, build and activate a brand-led growth plan for bigger valuation and scale, creating the face of modern business.

Nikolaos expertise lies in Design Strategy and his aim is to help businesses achieve their brand purpose with strategic design thinking. With a decade in the creative industries, Nikolaos delivers design solutions that express the visions of a brand.
As a recent fashion journalism graduate, Krista’s key strengths are in different avenues of writing like; interviews, features, copy, blog and fashion: trend and catwalk. She also has key strengths in InDesign, Photoshop, photography and social media. With only a few years of experience in the creative industry she has taken these skills into her role as Junior Editor for the BoB Group.
Natalie has spent the last 20 years managing client and partner relationships, with the majority of that time spent in start-ups or fast-growth businesses. A natural connector, she readily engages people with the opportunities that will help them fulfil their ambitions. Her ultimate goal is to ensure that everyone she works with feel supported and energised throughout their BoB journey.
After graduating with a degree in Media and English from Goldsmiths University, Daniela spent time as a Junior Consultant, managing strategic projects across the UK and the USA for Experian, Pizza Hut and The Co-op. She brings her unshakeable enthusiasm and level-headedness to BoB, where she manages numerous client and partner projects. Above all, she is organised, inquisitive, and passionate about delivering against clients’ needs and driving value.
Sarah is mastered in both the science and the art of brand and marketing. She brings a depth of knowledge and experience to the Business of Brand School in brand strategy, brand communications, employee experience, digital, B2B and B2C. With fifteen years’ experience in Australia and UK, managing budgets of up to $32 million, Sarah is an excellent communicator, facilitator and influencer with experience in management of key internal and strategic external stakeholder relationships.
